Rosa has been missing since March 24, 2008 from the Point Loma area of San Diego, California. At approximately 7:30 a.m. she walked her son to his elementary school, a 2 block walk from the back gate of her apartment complex. Rosa has not been seen since leaving the school.
Rosa did not have I.D. or money with her. She was wearing dark colored sweatpants, a black hooded jacket and flip flops. Rosa is Hispanic, 50 years old and is 5′2″, 165 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Authorities ask that anyone with information on Rosa’s disappearance call San Diego Police at 619-531-2000.

SAN DIEGO — San Diego Police homicide detectives have arrested a suspect in connection with the disappearance of Rosa Lisowski, 50, who disappeared in March after walking her child to school, according to a news release from the police department.
The suspect is the woman’s husband, Henry Lisowski, 67, police said Friday.
In an interview at the San Diego County Jail Lisowski told 10News that he didn’t kill his wife.
In the news release, Lt. Terry McManus said detectives developed “probable cause” to believe Ms. Lisowski was murdered.
Lisowski was arrested at his home in Point Loma, taken to Police Headquarters for processing and interview and later booked in County Jail one one count of suspicion of murder, Lt. McManus said.
